Terry D. Barone

Mr. Barone started his real estate career in 1977 in Northern California.
Over the years Mr. Barone has been involved in due diligence analysis,
commercial leasing,
new home development, apartment conversions, shopping center and office
construction, commercial and residential financing, land entitlements, project
position analysis, acquisitions and sales. Mr. Barone has extensive experience in contract
negotiations and has worked with several domestic and international clients and
investors over the years.
Mr. Barone served on the
senior advisory board for "American Career Institute", executive committee
of the non-profit charity "Problem Gambling Center", Board of
Directors of "The Boys and Girls Club" and is past co-chairman
of the "Southern Nevada International Business Council". Having served in senior management positions and advisory
boards most of his adult life, Mr. Barone is recognized as a creative,
organized team leader. Mr. Barone first moved to Las Vegas in 1956 and has lived
full time in Las Vegas since 1992.
Mr. Barone is
responsible for property site locating, leasing, property acquisitions, sales and contract
negotiations.

Ronald Hippie is an integral part of the Prime Source family.
As the sales and escrow coordinator, it is his position to be involved with
the minute details of tracking projects and properties our clients have an
interest in. Once the property is in escrow, Mr. Hippie is responsible
for the coordination between escrow, the lender, other brokers and the
client.
Our client's needs are always first and foremost.
Working as a team for our clients, we are able to ensure that we locate and
match the perfect property with the right client. The commercial real
estate market in Las Vegas is very aggressive and ever changing. Our
clients have to be ready to act fast when opportunity presents itself.
There are hundreds of investors wanting a piece of the Las Vegas pie.
